P1613 indicates that there one of the control module have requested the Engine Control Module (ECM) to turn ON the check engine lamp. Usually the P1613 code is combine with another code.
P1613 HYUNDAI Description
The Engine Control Module (ECM) is in constant communication with the other control units (e.g. Transmission, Body, etc). When there is a problem with a system other than the engine control, the ECM is requested to turn the engine light ON and set the P1613 code.
