P0135   02 sensor heater circuit bank 1 sensor 1

P0452  Evap leak detection pump

The Location for 02 sensor bank 1 sensor is on the passenger side before the catalytic. As for P0452 on BMW you will be dealing with the leak detection pump, for emission,First check the fuel cap, make sure the seal has no cracks,

Thank you, knowing where the o2 sensor bank 1 is helpful info.  I will replace both. I did go to BMW and bought a new fuel cap, then disconnected the battery, and reconnected,  the light is still on. After I change all 4-o2 sensors, I will clear the codes and see what is still remaining for a code.  Where is the leak detection pump, for emission.  What part would I change out. The po452 says: evap ctrl pressure sensor low input. I found no info for the 2001 740i on this.  They said it may be the fuel tank pressure sensor, but there is only the fuel filter, pressure regulator part # 13531436110.  I have to special order and change out the fuel filter at the same time.  It is under the passenger seat below deck underneath.
Glad you are out there.

Leave the P0452 code alone, just replace the fuel cap, This is more than likey what set the EVAP code to set.

i replaced the fuel cap and 4-02 sensors, and the engine light is still on, like the post here made before me.  it is not the fuel cap, I believe it is what vthe novice stated, it is the leak detection pump, behind the drivers rear wheel.  Question is, how difficult is this job?

Prescriptio before diagnosis is malpractice.

It has been stated twice that the fuel capl was replaced. Has any tech ever replaced the leak detect ion pump and how dificult is it...details...
