how to replace the intake valve solenoid circuit on a 2006 Subaru legacy 2.5?

Remove the 10mm bolt and pull the intake valve solenoid out, you can try to clean it with brake cleaner. If you have not replaced your oil in over 4k miles dirty oil can clog the intake valve solenoid.
