P0430 gives probable causes aa1 - Large vacuum leak, aa2 - Fuel system fault, aa3 - Ignition system fault, aa4 - Failed Bank 2 catalytic converter.  Should i just replace the converter first and see if this has the light go off?  For code P0328 - should i just replace at the same time i replace the converter?  First problem with this Vehicle, so figures it would be big.

P0430 is most likely the catalytic converter.

P0328 NISSAN - Knock Sensor Circuit High Input is a different problem, might as well do them both at the same time.
