P0300 Random misfire

Visual inspection should be look at first, what cause random misfire are air / fuel ratio. Low fuel pressure can be one of the causes of random misfire and so are vacuum leaks, unmetered vacuum leaks especially at the MAF (mass air flow) air duct , ruptured PCV hoses to disconnected and rupture vacuum lines.
