Followed by P0300 P0305 and P0303

My Bothers Van is a 2005 and I am very far from him. Since 3 and 5 are next to each other in the firing order I am guessing plug or wire issue.. Any thoughts?

Vehicle: Kia Sanona 2005 gas engine

P0343 is for a bad camshaft position sensor might also cause the car not to start,

but the car does not use this exact code in the service manual, which might means the OBD-II  reader you are using is not compatible with your car and I would try a different OBD-II reader to be exact

the camshaft position sensor is near the timing belt

cylinder # 3 and #5 that is misfiring are right next to each other, how do the spark plugs look? I would check for spark from the ignition coil
