I relocated the knock sensor and cleared the codes then drove for about 50 miles. Engine light came on and I discovered a code for the Idle Air Control Valve. I removed the plenum and noticed that the guy who changed the valve cover gaskets did not connect the harness for the valve. I reconnected and reassembled engine. Cleared the codes and drove for another 40 miles, service engine light back on. Codes again are P0325 P0300 P0174. Are all of these as a result from the P0300 code?
If so, the misfire code has a great deal of possible reasons for the malfunction. Could this be a result of my removing the plenum and intake air duct?
What troubleshooting procedure should I begin with and follow to correct the issue?
Any help would be appreciated....
