How do you reset the C1163 code on my 2006 Nissan Xterra 4.0L?

Firstable you have to make sure the wheel alignment is correct. If the alignment is correct  an special OBDII scanner (with access to the ABS system) needs to be used to reset the sensor.  If you need to perform a wheel alignment, some wheel alignment machines are capable to reset the sensor after performing the alignment, otherwise you have to use an OBDII scanner.
