U0101 Loss comunication with ECM (engine control module)

P0105  MAP sensor circuit malfunction

P0676 Glow plug # 6 circuit

P0700 Transmission fault detected MIL light requested

U code , when it loss communication with the ECM , this mean that there is a module that is not communicating the ECM that or module cannot communicate with the ECM, even if you have U0101 the engine would still start, Having a MAP sensor code, start there, is there any disconnected tubes or a airflow restriction. No rodent nest?  this would make it not start. A MAP sensor code is very suspicous is the engine in good mechanical condition?
