the issue is more likely dirty oil before it would be a bad part. Replace the oil and oil filter with the correct weight if you have not replace the oil with 5w-30 oil in the last 4k miles. ]

Dirty oil will clogg the very small holes in the intake actuator solenoid timing valve, if the clogg is very bad you might have to replace the intake actuator solenoid timing valve
