2004 Nissan Frontier XE V6 with code P0328 and P0430. My Nissan truck is running poorly, and I took it to auto zone to get the diagnostic check. What needs to be fixed with error codes po430 and po328?

Hi there,

The code P0430 indicates that the bank 2 catalytic converter has failed. If it's broken up and plugging the exhaust system, it could cause a poor running condition. This is the first converter on the driver side of the engine, right off the exhaust manifold. The P0328 is a knock sensor code. I would repair the converter, clear the codes and see if it comes back. It could be the result of a poorly running engine.
