P0403 -

How can I tell which part is not working correctly? I don't want to replace unecessary parts. I have replaced the EGR value; but my service engine soon light is still on.

The P0403 code is set when the Engine Control Module (ECM) does not receive the correct voltage from the valve. If you already replaced the valve, then there are no other components for the EGR system. The problem is either the wire from the valve to the ECM or the ECM it self.
